Moving with consciousness, respect and presence can profoundly transform your physical health and your daily well-being.

This proposalborn of experienceof many years accompanying people through the pilates and the conscious movement, understanding that each body is unique, with its history, its possibilities and its times. when the movement adapts to you - and not to the return - the body responds, strengthens and is ordered.

We work strength, mobility, balance, coordination and flexibility, integrating breathing and full care.

Each exercise is done from the presence, connecting body and mind, so that the movement not only becomes, but sits.

The resultit usually appears naturally; less pain, more agility, a better relationship with your body and a feeling of well-being that moves into daily life.

The classes are online, in small groups, which allows me to closely accompany, observe each posture and adapt exercises according to your needs, taking care of the body and preventing discomfort or injury.

Each meeting lasts 50 minutes and ends with a space of relaxation or conscious breathing, to slow down, reduce stress and return to you.

No. classes are designed to adapt to each body and moment. i work with conscious movement, prioritizing listening and progression.

The focus is on the quality of movement and body connection. there may be a challenge, but never from demand or pain. mobility work of all joints, body force, elasticity, balance, coordination and a moment of relaxation to reorganize, release tension and "do continuum." so the meetings conclude, so that we feel lighter, more present, more available.

Classes are held online and have a duration of 50 minutes, in small groups of up to 4 people.
This format allows me to accompany you in a personalized way, taking care of the quality of the movement and adapting it to your body and moment.
The days and times are coordinated at the time of contact, according to availability.
You can also access the on demand (pre-recorded classes), to practice at your pace and in the time that best suits you.
The proposal is simple: integrate movement as a conscious and sustainable habit in your life.

You just need a comfortable space, a mattress or mat to take care of your joints, comfortable clothes and water.
